Worst experience ever, i ordered and paid for the gift to my girlfriends day. One day before everything was ok at the time of delivery they told they can't do it at that day. They just cancelled my order. İt will be my first and last time of use. İ am waiting for my money refund and i will update this review again... İt was huge shame... İt's all shame because of you guys.
These people are idiots. I placed an order for same day delivery 2 a funeral home in Brooklyn around 1pm. On the confirmation email they spelled the name of the sender incorrectly. Next the idiots called me at 4:53pm to tell me they cd not deliver the ordered flowers to a funeral home. Do you think the 1st idiot shd have told me this. Do you think some other idiot in this co. could or shd have called me much earlier. The funeral is at 6pm. They offered no consideration 2 me. Now i am stuck.
Useless app if you have a problem with your order delivery
My friend ordered me flowers that were supposed to be delivered 1/29/22 showed it was delivered but I'm fact it wasn't. I was home all day. I called and was told they would do a redelivery still nothing. Still no flowers. The customer service rep that I talked to couldn't give me a straight answer as to when the redelivery would be. I'm 100% dissatisfied with the service I received and that my friend is out quite a bit of money. I would not recommend this service. Reviews on their web are fake!!
Need to work on the program so that we can check the real time delivery status.
The app no longer works on my phone
Awful! Ordered 530 am, paid extra for same day delivery & delivery by 12:00 noon. FLOWERS NEVER EVEN MADE IT THROUGH THE WHOLE DAY! Surprise ruined, best they could offer was a refund and scripted apology! Sad day 😞

Very upsetting, the florist they contracted lied and if i could give them a minus star i would. I trusted them to deliver my order, they took my money fast but never came through and had the nerve to send a email hours later that the order was delivered, to what address i dont know but my job closed at 4 so who received my order? So upsetting now i have to wait for a business day which is monday to get my refund. This is horrible and im using every social media to share my horrible experience.
Poor Quality, substitutions are made and you have NO control over what they include in your purchase. Bad business. BUYER BEWARE!
